Sauna ice magic:

The secret of “sauna ice magic” is a sauna at 80°C with a never-ending scented aroma – simply fantastic. Aromatic ingredients are enclosed in a block of ice that is laid on hot stones and a gentle aroma is released. From the sweet, fruity aroma of orange, blackcurrant or lemon to the more bitter aroma of spruce – we offer the right aroma for everyone!
Temperature: 80 ° C

Bio-herb sauna:

In the bio–herb sauna you can sweat amidst permanent streams of steam at a comfortable 55°C and then take a shower to refresh yourself! This kind of sauna relaxes both muscles and the mind and helps the cardiovascular system. It cleanses the body of any toxins and relieves pain. The metabolism is positively influenced, and the circulation is harmonised.
Temperature: 40° - 55° C

Steam bath:

The special climate in the damp room doesn’t make you sweat. It leaves a damp condensation on your body, respiratory tracts are cleansed and circulation is activated. The damp warmth improves the elasticity of conjunctive tissue and muscles. We recommend visiting the stream bath at the beginning of your sauna tour.
Temperature: 42° - 48° C

Tepidarium:

The tepidarium is heated to a max. of 39°C and causes the first beads of sweat. After 20 minutes the immune system is already activated and re-vitalized, your body is purified and is also cleansed of any toxins. Bronchitis, rheumatism, arthritis, under the weather feeling, the common cold and upper skin layer-problems can be treated effectively.
Temperature: 37° - 39° C

Finnish outdoor sauna:

The traditional Finnish sauna is a must for all sauna fans: dry, but with a temperature between 90°C–100°C. At the end of the heating period an infusion intensifies air humidity by using pure water or ethereal oils. Through relaxation your circulation is activated, blood flow stimulated, body and skin are cleansed of toxins. An intensive bath in the Finnish sauna rounds off this harmonious experience.
Temperature: 90° - 100° C

Finnish infusion sauna:

The air humidity is about 10%. Periods of hot air followed by a cooling off period in the fresh water pool lead to relaxation of both body and mind. You can regain energy from purifying your body and cleansing it of any toxins. Regular visitors usually attend 3 runs, which can take up to 2 hours.
Temperature: 90° - 100° C
