After a short preheating period the body is rubbed with honey. A fruity scent is used for the infusions. |

Infusions with green apples and delicious fruits are offered. |

Meditation infusion: | “relaxing and refreshing” This infusion is created by the sauna director while our wellness trainer takes you on a wellness journey. Just relax and get in touch with your inner self.

Herbal infusion: | “cooling and refreshing” Infusion with a special sauna oil called “mountain herbs”, metabolism is stimulated by rubbing it into the body.

Anti flu infusion: | “strengthening and relieving” A special infusion mix by Dr. Maruna, which prevents colds and strengthens the immune system.
